I’m a creative leader focused on video-led growth, brand storytelling, and scalable creative systems. Over the last several years, I’ve built and led in-house creative teams inside a high-growth SaaS company, partnering closely with performance, product, and brand leaders to translate strategy into creative that drives real outcomes.

I’m currently based in San Diego, California, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years producing creative work that bridges vision and execution. My background includes video production, brand storytelling, team leadership, and building media systems that scale — all while working in nonprofit, agency, startup, and tech environments.

I began my creative career in vocational ministry and nonprofit communications, where I discovered a passion for bringing stories to life and rallying people around shared purpose. I’ve served in roles where I was both the hands-on creator and the team builder — leading volunteers, shaping brand identity, and producing everything from weekly content to large-scale live events.

From there, I launched my own creative production company, partnering with clients like Manscaped, Mortgage Heroes, Natural High, and others. I directed branded content, filmed testimonials, produced podcasts, and supported businesses and nonprofits that wanted to communicate with clarity and conviction. I loved the challenge of shaping a client’s message through compelling visuals — while building strong relationships along the way.

In 2019, I joined Housecall Pro, a leading SaaS company for home service professionals. What started as a small creative role evolved into leading a growing multimedia team. I’ve built and managed in-house creative operations, led the video brand strategy, and helped scale our content engine — supporting paid advertising, product marketing, internal communications, live events, and AI-powered workflows.

I’ve collaborated closely with performance marketing, product, and brand teams to help launch new features, shape campaigns, and humanize our story. In 2023, I helped launch one of our most ambitious content series leveraging AI voice and video, and I continue to explore how to combine human connection with emerging tools to make meaningful work.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me coaching youth basketball, spending time with my wife Natalie and our three amazing kids, or serving with our local church and outreach community. I’m passionate about mentorship, building strong teams, and showing people what they’re capable of. I’m driven by faith, family, and a deep love for storytelling that resonates and lasts.
